The body style diet plan is divided into four phases:

Phase 1: Detox phase to prepare for the change in diet, 2 days.
Phase 2: Disciplined adherence to the individual nutrition plan, at least 14 days.
Phase 3: Expansion of individual nutrition plan until desired weight is reached.
Phase 4: Final nutrition plan, once desired weight has been achieved after consultation with body point.

With the help of the body point´s nutrition program, we create a completely individual nutrition plan. The selection and quantity of food is determined with the help of data collected through the full body analysis and medical history, to your exact requirements.
